Jamie Rawlyck

President & CEO

Jamie Rawlyck is a diverse and energetic sales professional with more than 20 years sales leadership and over 28 years total experience within the public and private upstream oilfield service sector. Prior to founding Market Growth Solutions, he spent nearly 12 years at Weatherford International in varied US sales management roles, leading progressively larger sales teams and ultimately directing one of the largest geographic areas for all product lines. He is well versed in drilling, completion and production offerings; which pairs well with the strategic direction of the company. Jamie spent 8 years gaining International sales experience beginning in 1999 with worldwide travel and business. This included opening and managing a Dubai region office in 2003 for a private O&G Service Company - all while overseeing the SE Asia and MENA regions. He relocated to Texas in 2007 for a company that was soon acquired by Weatherford International. Jamie is skilled in building an extraordinarily high-integrity sales team, delivering superior value for customers and high value business growth for partners. Jamie is married and lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children.
